The Leaders Circle is themed with learnings & accountability to support individual goals, workplace outcomes, and to overcome challenges in creating healthy & productive workplaces, and impactful leaders.
In a small group you will learn, connect and problem solve to enable you to implement practical strategies for yourself and your workplace. This program will provide you with an opportunity to reflect, achieve and connect with like minded people creating a valuable resource to you during and post Circle.

The journey begins with the end in mind. In session one you’ll become laser focused on what a healthy workplace, resilient minds, and improved wellbeing looks like for you and your workplace. We will identify the exact result you want to achieve during the Circle. You will create a plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
Mindset Mastery: Session 2
In session two you’ll understand how you & others think at the unconscious level. This drives you for 95% of the time and is where real change and learning takes place. We will also go deep into exploring emotional intelligence and how to support others to create a resourceful mindset.
Boost Motivation and Productivity: Session 3
The theme of session three is uncovering what drives you, and your team, and what’s holding you back. Learn how to shift yourself and others from procrastinating to totally motivated!
