Free Business Mentoring

I wanted to personally let you know that your workplace may be eligible for free business mentoring through the Southern Business Mentoring Program, funded by the City of Onkaparinga, City of Marion, and City of Holdfast Bay councils.

Through this initiative, eligible businesses can access one complimentary mentoring session, followed by three additional sessions for just $25 each.

The businesses I’m currently mentoring are using these sessions to gain support with areas such as:

• Strategic Planning – Creating clarity, focus, and direction for future growth
• Managing Conflict – Practical strategies for navigating workplace challenges
• Leading Change – Tools and models to guide teams through periods of change
• Profit Growth & Productivity – Smarter approaches to sustainable business growth
• Work–Life Balance & Healthy Workplaces – Setting boundaries and preventing burnout
