The MindBodyWeight Reset Program was created by Eating Psychology Coach and Hypnotherapist Suzanne Ingleton in 2019.

Suzanne identified that there was a missing piece to the puzzle of weight loss, largely as a result of a background in Personal Training – which many years ago only focussed on Food & Exercise.

Several years later and after undergoing further studies around the mind, which included Energy Healing, Meditation, Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistics, it became very clear that the MIND was the controlling factor and the missing link, when it came to weight loss.
